CLARY SAGE IN SKIN CARE
Reduces skin inflammation: Clary Sage contains and important ester called linalyl acetate. This ester helps to heal rashes, and regulate oil production on the skin.
Tones the skin: Clary Sage has astringent properties that not only strengthen your gums but also strengthens and tones the skin, muscles and hair follicles, preventing hair loss.

How to use for face care
Add one drop of essential oil to one dollop of your face cream or lotion and apply every two days. Do not be tempted to add more oil. Higher doses do not work better than regular applications. -
How to use for body care
Use no more than 4 to 5 drops for every 5ml of body lotion or carrier oil. Apply the mixture all over skin and pat dry or allow full absorption.

Prevents infections: Wounds can be infected if not treated well. The antiseptic properties of Clary Sage will prevent bacteria such as tetanus germs from infecting the wound.

Clary Sage blends well with citrus oils such as Lemon, Orange and other citrus essential oils as well as Lavender, Pine, Geranium and Sandalwood.
CAUTION/SIDE EFFECTS
Clary Sage can help to enhance intoxicating effects of alcohol as it is a relaxant and sedative by nature. Heavy dosage can also cause headaches. Keep out of reach from infants and toddlers.
