If you'd like to confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.
Due to the volatile nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not allow refunds for non-defective products. Refunds for defective products are considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be granted by approval from the management after investigation. If you have received broken/damaged items upon opening your parcel. Please contact the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days, along with photos of the damaged item(s) and the external carton box photos (top, front & side views). We will inform and advise you on the outcome of the rectification based on case to case arrangement.If the feedback on damaged item(s) exceeded our policy timeframe of 7 days, we are unable to offer any rectification solutions based due to the service agreement with our freight agents.
