Controls dandruff: Cedarwood is known to cleanse the scalp, removing excess oil, dirt and dandruff. It enhances blood circulation to the scalp and tightens the follicles, which helps to stimulate hair growth.

Heals wounds: As a natural disinfectant, Cedarwood is ideal to use on scrapes and cuts. It is also beneficial in relieving arthritis pain and symptoms of eczema.

Diminishes cellulite: When used as a massage, its detoxifying properties greatly reduce the appearance of cellulite, fluid retention and accumulation of toxins.

CEDARWOOD IN AROMATHERAPY

As a sleep aid: To alleviate occasional insomnia, few drops of Cedarwood essential oil can be added into a hot bath before going to bed. Its sedative qualities allow the body to relax for a better night.

To reduce anxiety: Cedarwood helps to clear the mind, easing tension, stress and other factors that may contribute to anxiety. Its "grounding" properties provide stability to those who lack confidence in times of crisis.

Enhance concentration: As a relaxant, Cedarwood decreases hyperactivity and increases endurance levels to allow you to stay more focused on whatever you are doing or working on.
