For Reducing Pain and Preventing Cartilage Damage

  • 3 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 13 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 4 drops of eucalyptus essential oil

 

For Reducing Swelling

This blend has anti-inflammatory properties and helps reduce swelling of the joints. It also improves blood circulation.

  • 10 drops of ginger essential oil
  • 5 drops of basil essential oil
  • 5 drops of turmeric essential oil

 

Methods of application:
