Eucalyptus Essential Oil

How to Use Essential Oils for Back Pain
There are two ways of usage – apply topically onto your back or inhalation. If you would like to go with the method of applying topically on your back, you’re required to dilute the essential oil and do a patch test before usage. To go with the method of inhalation, you would need a nebuliser and the right essential oils.
Applying Topically
What you will need:- Essential oil that help with pain relief
- Carrier oil (Jojoba, sweet almond, or olive oil)
- Glass container
Pour about 5-10 drops of essential oil into a carrier oil. Mix until completely infused together. Use this oil mixture as a massage oil and massage the pain away.
Inhale in Aromatherapy
What you will need:
- Essential oils that help with pain relief
- Nebuliser
Directions:
For a start, add 5-10 drops of essential oils to water in a nebuliser and leave it running. You can add more essential oil to the water progresses.
