International Women’s Day (IWD) was born out of this need to accelerate greater change for women and to forge a more gender-inclusive world. Every year on March 8, IWD celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women across the world. This year’s campaign theme, #EachforEqual, reminds everyone that it is on each of us to help move the world towards one that is more equal, harmonious and collaborative.
Success in life can never be achieved without the painstaking efforts of women in our society. Their contributions are highly recognized for the perpetuation of life and goodwill in this world. For many decades, women are confined to the domestic sphere and relegated to the roles of mothers and wives. They are expected to assume responsibility for preparing meals, minding children, keeping the house clean and in order.
Over the course of time, women’s roles become more diverse in society. They are now seen as equally competent to men, what men can do, women can also do, shifting the norm perceptions.
In commemorating this year’s International Women’s Day (IWD), HYSSES offers a month-long promotion Embrace Equality Embrace Diversity of 30% off selected essential oils from March 8 to 28, for our customers on E-store as a way celebrating the Women’s Day. Terms & Conditions.
